What is the Beyond-Survivability International Collaboration Center (BSICC) & Why.
So, what are the Beyond Survivability International Collaboration Centres? The core of my domestic and international plan to convert California from the fourth economy in the world to the third economy in the world, to benefit the people. So, as candidate for the post of Governor of California and as the future governor, I’m already implementing a domestic and international plan that incorporates establishing the best of what California has to offer. The university system that’s private and public, the best of the R&D of California, the best of Silicon Valley of California, the best of the investment funds of California.
I’m packaging all those and I’m putting them together and I’m taking them and establishing Collaboration Centres in capitals around the world. These Collaboration Centres have a specific aim. They are to advance the benefit of citizens in California and citizens in those countries over there.
Now, how? The ethos behind the Collaboration Centre is to advance the quality of life, livelihood and the prosperity of both. The country we are working with and collaborating with and California. It’s a model that I have a feeling will be duplicated or replicated in other states because the ethos is to help the people first, advance their economic prosperity, also advance their ability to have a more democratic representation for the benefit of their society.
Now, you might feel as you might think that this plan is going one way, California towards the rest of the world. Believe it or not, I’m already in advanced discussions with multiple countries. One of them is a top 10 GDP of the world.
In addition to that, so many solutions that are from those parts of the world could be of tremendous benefit to us back in California as well as to America. And guess what? Beyond the Many of those plans will start being showcased, implemented and already as a candidate, not even a governor. And it’s at the core of my domestic and international plan to convert California from the fourth economy in the world to the third economy in the world to benefit the people.
